Conditions

Welcome to windbd. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and windbd ("the Platform", "we", "us"). By accessing windbd, creating an account, or placing any bet on the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full.

windbd is an online casino platform operated for players in Bangladesh. The platform offers casino games including Hi-Lo, Crash, Jungle King, 3-Hand Casino Hold'em, PP Live, and Ezugi Live. All games are available in BDT, and deposits are accepted via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the windbd platform. These Terms apply to all users of windbd, including registered players, guests browsing the site, and anyone who downloads the windbd app.

To register and use windbd, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

3.1 One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold only one active windbd account. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — is strictly prohibited. windbd uses automated systems to detect duplicate accounts, and any accounts identified as duplicates will be closed without notice.

3.2 Accurate Information

When registering on windbd, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information. This includes your full name, date of birth, and a valid contact method. Providing false or misleading information is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

3.3 Account Security

You are responsible for keeping your windbd login credentials secure. Do not share your password with anyone. windbd will never ask for your password via email, chat, or phone. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact support immediately. windbd is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

windbd accepts deposits in BDT via the following mobile wallet services: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. These are the only accepted payment methods at this time. windbd does not accept cash, bank transfers, or cryptocurrency deposits.

4.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount on windbd is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit, though windbd reserves the right to apply limits to individual accounts at its discretion for security or compliance reasons.

4.3 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, or Rocket are credited to your windbd account instantly in most cases. If a deposit does not appear in your account within 15 minutes, please contact windbd support with your transaction reference number. windbd is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider.

4.4 Currency

All transactions on windbd are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). There are no currency conversion fees. The amount you deposit is the amount credited to your account.

5.1 Withdrawal Method

Withdrawals on windbd are processed to the same mobile wallet used for your most recent deposit. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and to protect players. You cannot withdraw to a different wallet or a different mobile number than the one registered on your account.

5.2 Minimum Withdrawal

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests below this amount will not be processed. There is no maximum single withdrawal limit, though large withdrawals may be subject to additional verification checks.

5.3 Processing Time

windbd aims to process all withdrawal requests within 24 hours of submission. In most cases, withdrawals are completed significantly faster. Delays may occur if additional identity verification is required or if the withdrawal is flagged for a security review.

5.4 Verification Requirements

windbd may request identity verification before processing a withdrawal. This is a standard anti-fraud measure. You may be asked to provide a copy of a government-issued ID and confirmation of your registered mobile number. Failure to provide requested documents within 7 days may result in the withdrawal request being cancelled.

6.1 Wagering Requirements

All bonuses offered by windbd are subject to wagering requirements. The specific wagering requirement for each bonus will be stated clearly in the promotion details. Until the wagering requirement is met, bonus funds cannot be withdrawn. Wagering requirements must be completed within the stated time limit, after which any remaining bonus funds will be removed from your account.

6.2 Bonus Eligibility

Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. windbd reserves the right to determine eligibility for any promotion at its sole discretion. Players who have previously abused bonus offers, or who are suspected of bonus abuse, may be excluded from future promotions.

6.3 One Bonus at a Time

Players may only hold one active bonus at a time on windbd. If you claim a new bonus while a previous bonus is still active, the previous bonus and any associated winnings may be forfeited.

6.4 Modification and Cancellation

windbd reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. If a promotion is cancelled while you are actively working towards its wagering requirement, windbd will make a fair determination on a case-by-case basis.

7.1 Game Integrity

All games available on windbd — including Hi-Lo, Crash, Jungle King, 3-Hand Casino Hold'em, PP Live, and Ezugi Live — use certified random number generators or live dealer formats operated by licensed providers. The outcomes of all games are determined fairly and cannot be manipulated by windbd or by players.

7.2 Technical Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction during a game, windbd reserves the right to void the affected round and return the bet amount to the player's account. windbd is not liable for any losses resulting from technical issues beyond its reasonable control, including internet connectivity problems on the player's side.

7.3 Disputed Results

If you believe a game result is incorrect, you must contact windbd support within 72 hours of the disputed round. windbd will review the game logs and provide a resolution. The decision of windbd's technical team is final in all game disputes.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on windbd and will result in immediate account suspension and potential forfeiture of funds:

• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with the platform or place bets.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain.
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment methods.
• Attempting to launder money through the windbd platform.
• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once.
• Sharing account access with another person.
• Engaging in any form of harassment or abusive behaviour towards windbd staff or other players.

windbd actively monitors all accounts for prohibited conduct. If prohibited conduct is detected, windbd reserves the right to close the account, withhold any balance, and report the activity to relevant authorities where required by law.

12.1 Termination by the Player

12.2 Termination by windbd

windbd reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion, including but not limited to cases involving breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, prohibited conduct, or failure to complete identity verification. In cases of confirmed fraud or Terms violation, windbd may withhold the account balance.

12.3 Effect of Termination

Upon account closure, your right to access and use the windbd platform ceases immediately. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including provisions relating to liability, prohibited conduct, and dispute resolution — will continue to apply after closure.

windbd reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.
